This report, “Analysis on Gender Responsive Family Friendly Policies in Albania”, provides an overview of the current legal, economic, and social context for gender responsive family friendly policies in Albania. The report was developed by UNFPA and its partner IDRA Research and Consulting, based on a policy scans and data analysis. In addition to mapping the legal and policy landscape for family support in Albania, the report includes best practices from other countries in the region and beyond and to provide recommendations to create an enabling environment and expand choices for women to fulfill both their career and family and fertility aspirations.
