UNFPA and UNDP Albania require the services of a legal entity to prepare a “Proposal to develop and implement an awareness raising campaign in Albania aiming to engage youth in countering hate speech, divisive narratives and rhetoric, traditional gender norms and toxic masculinity, and in promoting trust, inclusion, and equality.”
The purpose of this is to support the development of non-formal education programmes to promote constructive inter-group narratives and discuss the impact of gender equality on social cohesion in the public domain, in collaboration with youth, women, teachers, cultural actors, regional public actors, and minorities NGOs, and in partnership with academic institutions and in consultation with public institutions.
This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted providers that can provide the requested services and have the legal capacity to perform in the country, or through an authorized representative as specified in the Terms of Reference, Annex II.
Quotations should be submitted in a single email whenever possible, depending on file size. Quotations must contain:
a. Technical proposal, in response to the requirements outlined in the service requirements / TORs (Annex II).
b. Price quotation, to be submitted strictly in accordance with the price quotation form (Annex I).
Both parts of the quotation must be signed by the bidding company’s relevant authority and submitted in PDF format. The following reference must be included in the email subject line: RFQ Nº UNFPA/ALB/RFQ/2023/02, “Proposal to develop and implement an awareness raising campaign in Albania aiming to engage youth in countering hate speech, divisive narratives and rhetoric, traditional gender norms and toxic masculinity, and in promoting trust, inclusion, and equality.”
The total email size may not exceed 20 MB (including the email body, encoded attachments, and headers).
Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section III of the RfQ document (see linked pdf document above "RFQ.002-Awareness campaign no hate speech"), along with a properly filled out and signed price quotation form (see linked document above “Annex I-Price Quotation Form”), and are to be sent by email to the address indicated below no later than Monday, 27 February 2023 at 12:00 pm hrs: procurement.alb@unfpa.org
